ASCENDER Parent Portal - Parent: Add/Register Currently Enrolled Student
If the student is currently enrolled in Colmesneil ISD:
* A parent must have already created a Parent Portal account AND verified his/her email address. (Verifying the email address can be done during the creation of a new account or for an existing account on Parent Portal > My Account (Email Address)). NOTE: The parent’s email address MUST match the E-mail field on TxEIS Registration > Maintenance > Student Enrollment > Contact for a contact selected as Parent/Guardian.
If you have a current Parent Portal account, just login and complete the process. If you do not have a Parent Portal, go to create an account.

ASCENDER Parent Portal - New Student Enrollment
Parent Steps for New Student Enrollment:
Registering parent(s) with a valid state issued picture ID with address matching residency documents. (If other than parent/legal guardian with official paperwork, you must also have a notarized power of attorney.)
Completed CISD online registration
Student's official birth certificate (not a copy)
Student's social security card
Student's up-to-date health/immunizations records
STEP 1
Create an ASCENDER Parent Portal account.
Verify your email address
From the My Account page, click the Enroll a New Student button.
Complete Step 1 and click Continue.
CAPTCHA Validation: If the district is using this validation, enter the CAPTCHA code, then click Continue. If not, complete the email verification process then click Continue.
Continue through the enrollment process and submit to district. Watch for District email of approval.
STEP 2
After the district has approved step 1, you will obtain a ParentPortal ID from the student's campus in an email to the parent.
Login to the Parent Portal
Add the student to your account using the ID number from the district.
